About this file
This document is a Cost Proposal form for the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources (KDFWR) related to Professional Aerial Herbicide Application Request for Proposal (RFP) 660 2600000048. The proposal involves aerial spraying services for two distinct areas: 600 acres on Clay Wildlife Management Area (WMA) and up to 400 acres on specified private properties surrounding Clay WMA. For the Clay WMA portion, KDFWR will provide all necessary herbicide and surfactant, while for the private property portion, the contractor will be responsible for supplying herbicide and surfactant.
The cost proposal is structured to allow vendors to quote per-acre pricing for each segment of the project, with the total proposal being evaluated on a 200-point scale. The document provides space for vendors to insert their per-acre costs for both the KDFWR-supplied and contractor-supplied herbicide application areas, indicating a competitive bidding process for aerial spraying services. No specific pricing, total budget, or contract duration is explicitly stated in this attachment, suggesting these details are likely outlined in other sections of the full RFP documentation.
