About this file

This document provides an abstract template for proposals submitted in response to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's Optomechanical Thermal Imaging Technical Area 2 broad agency announcement. The template outlines a five-page limit for the abstract and specifies required content sections for goals and impact, technical plan, capabilities and management plan, and cost and schedule. It also provides formatting guidelines and describes the proposal evaluation process. Proposers are instructed to identify technical points of contact and describe estimated costs, performance periods, and team members or subcontractors if known at the time of abstract submission.
