The key requirements include sterile dry wipes, sterile isopropyl alcohol (sIPA) wipes and solutions, sterile quaternary ammonium compound (QAC) and hydrogen peroxide-based disinfectant cleaners, and sterile sporicidal agents and hazardous drug deactivating agents. All products must comply with USP Chapters 797 and 800 requirements. Preferred products include those with low toxicity formulations, short dwell times, and appropriate storage temperatures for cleanrooms. This Statement of Work is attached to a Request for Information (RFI) for the VHA to identify potential qualified sources of supply and their socioeconomic classifications. Responses to the RFI are due by May 17, 2024, and should not include any proprietary or sensitive information.
