About this file

The document appears to be a technical specification sheet for two scientific laboratory instruments: an Automatic Freezepoint Analyzer and an Ion Chromatograph. The Automatic Freezepoint Analyzer is a benchtop unit with a temperature range of +55 to -95°C, offering precise temperature measurement with a resolution of 0.06°C and accuracy of ±0.1°C. It features a direct cooling system, integrated touch screen panel PC, and can store up to 60,000 analyses. The device is designed for automated sample testing in accordance with ASTM D1177 standards, with safety features including audible alarms and displayed error messages.

The Ion Chromatograph is a high-pressure system with integrated vacuum degas and support for electrolytic suppression. It includes features such as a chemically inert PEEK flow path, high-pressure tolerance (0-35 MPa), and a serial dual-reciprocating piston pump. The system comes with an autosampler, suppressor for chlorides, a chloride-specific column, guard column, eluent concentrate, operating software, and a starter kit with consumables. The instrument has a conductivity detector with a thermal control and output range up to 18,000 μS/cm, and can be easily configured with optional accessories to improve performance.

Automatic Freezepoint:

Temperature Range: +55 to -95°C

Resolution: 0.06°C

Accuracy: ±0.1°C

Repeatability / Reproducibility: as per standard test methods or better

Data Storage: 60,000 analyses

• stand alone system with Integrated Touch Screen Panel PC

• Direct Cooling system eliminates the need for solvent cooling baths

• One-stage cooling system provides temperatures as low as -45°C and a two-stage cooling system down to -80°C

• Freezing Point measured by light pulsed emission on IR spectrum through a coaxial fiber optic with mirror

• Safety Features: Audible alarm and displayed messages (at the end of the analysis and in case of errors and/or malfunctions)

• Pressure controller for 1st and 2nd stage motor compressor

• Thermostat for 2nd stage activation

• Thermo-switch for each cooling / heating jacket

• Motor compressors equipped with internal overload devices

115V 60 Hz

The freezing point detection system provides automated sample testing with accuracy and repeatability in accordance with ASTM D1177. The sample is cooled in the test chamber with constant stirring.
