About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by the California Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) for the procurement of Northern California Tidebooks. The IFB seeks a qualified contractor to provide research, design, printing, and delivery of the educational pamphlets detailing Northern California's tides to be distributed to California's boaters. The contract term is for 3 years. Bidders must submit a sample product alongside their bid price. The bid opening date is 8/13/2024.
The IFB outlines pricing requirements, including the price per book, shipping costs, and sales tax. It also includes instructions for claiming small business and disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE) preferences. Bidders must comply with various state contracting requirements, such as the Darfur Contracting Act, California Civil Rights Laws, and sanctions against Russia.
