About this file

This document is a NASA special notice for a sole source intent to award a 12-month contract to Accuris for the provision of an agency-wide electronic web-based technical standards platform. The platform will provide access to technical standards and related information from various Standards Developing Organizations (SDOs) through Accuris' "Engineering Workbench" proprietary platform. Accuris has an exclusive right-to-sell the specified standards content, which has been negotiated with the SDOs. NASA intends to acquire seven electronic subscriptions from the listed SDOs, including the AIA/NAS/Standards Collection, AIA/NAS/3D CAD Model Catalog, AWS Collection, ECIA Standards Collection, IPC/Collection, TIA Standards Collection, and NFPA/Collection. The contract will be awarded under FAR Part 12 for commercial items. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications by July 26th for the government's consideration of a potential competitive acquisition.
