3.3 Do not provide the Containment Lid (Item 59) shown on Sheet 5 of 7.

3.4 Install support collar per drawing COLSC-000644 in lieu of the design shown on sheet 2 of drawing C-042-046941-001.

3.5 The Panel Filter Assembly (Item 6) is to be equipped with 5-micron panel filters with 4 layers, design of drawing C-372-B-0011.

3.6 Each component of the internal dewatering assembly

(including filters, PVC fittings, and hoses) shall be individually inspected (1x visual inspection of external and accessible internal surfaces) prior to installation into the system. The acceptance criteria shall be: no signs of cuts, cracks, nicks, permanent distortion or other damage. Upon completion of assembly installation into the HIC liner, a visual inspection of accessible external surfaces shall be conducted utilizing the same acceptance criteria. The vendor shall provide the Contract Officer Representative (COR) an opportunity to perform an inspection of the accessible internal and external surfaces of the assembly.

3.7 Paint and paint primers used shall be free of Lead, Cadmium and Chromium.

3.8 Using 1" high letters and highly contrasting color paint, stencil the HIC serial number on the Closure Lid.

3.9 The CLPRCT shall have a useable volume of at least 1825

gallons. Useable volume shall be defined as the internal volume of the HIC below the bottom of the closure pan (Item 24).

4.4 The bottom of the level bar (Item 13) shall be capped or

sealed, to prevent an air suction path to the dewatering system, per Energy Solutions Engineering Change Notice Number COLSC-000283 for Duratek drawing C-042-046941-001.

Perform standing water test/atmospheric test of the seal connection on level bar and fill up to bolt holes located at top of level bar. Hold for 30 minutes with no visible leaks.

The cable (Item 8) shall be 3-wire Belden 8760 which is equivalently wired with a Switchcraft SL413FX connector on one end and a Switchcraft SL403MX connector on the other end. All connectors shall be attached using solder and heat shrink wrap.

4.6 Ensure no CLPRCT internal components interfere with the

ultrasonic transducer signal, especially the dewatering hose (Item 60).

4.7 The CLPRCT Closure Pan Assembly shall be equipped with

housings for a camera and a light. The configuration of the camera and light housings shall be identical and shall use the design for the light shown on sheets 5 and 7 of drawing COLSC-000047. No air cooling or exhaust connections shall be installed. The penetrations for the light and camera housings shall be located as shown on the CLPRCT Closure Pan Detail Plan View of Sheet 2 of drawing COLSC-000047 and shall both be sized as shown for the “Light.”

4.8 The level flags shall be installed on the level bar of sheet 3 of drawing COLSC-000047 located as follows (distances shown are from the bottom of the pan assembly to the top of the flag, this is contrary to measurements being taken to flag centers (COLSC-000047):

(1) Dimension A – Flag 1 at 66” (approximately 30% of CLPRCT usable volume)

(2) Dimension B – Flag 2 at 40” (approximately 60% of CLPRCT usable volume)

(3) Dimension C – Flag 3 at 26” (approximately 75% of CLPRCT usable volume)

(4) Dimension D – Flag 4 at 16” (approximately 85-90% of CLPRCT usable volume) ensure Flag 4 is located 216 gallons less than the useable volume of the CLPRCT

4.9 The vendor shall perform a calibrated fill of the CLPRCTs to verify proper TLI operation and corresponding level flag positions.

4.10 As part of the calibration testing the vendor shall provide the following information for each CLPRCT for programming of the UT controller. The vendor shall provide certification of this data.

5.1 Vendor shall provide certification of the breaking strength of the ¾” wire rope (Item 5) and 1” wire rope (Item 14) by obtaining breaking strength results from destructive testing of a sample from the originating wire rope reel.

5.2 Lifting Liner Bail and Integral Lifting Attachments shall meet the design and test requirements of ANSI N14.6-1993.

The load-bearing members of a special lifting device shall be capable of lifting three times the combined weight of the shipping container (3:1 yield) with which it will be used, plus the weight of intervening components of the special lifting device, without generating a combined shear stress or maximum tensile stress at any point in the device in excess of the corresponding minimum tensile yield strength of their materials of construction. They shall also be capable of lifting five times the weight of the shipping container (5:1 ultimate) without exceeding the ultimate tensile strength of the materials.
