HR001122S0008 Beyond Linear Processing (BLiP) BAA Abstract Template

Use of this template is mandatory for all abstract submissions to this BAA. This document must include all components described herein and must be submitted in .pdf, .odx, .doc, or .docx formats. All submissions must be written in English and all pages shall be formatted for printing on 8-1/2 by 11-inch paper with 1-inch margins and font size not smaller than 12 point. Font sizes of 8 or 10 point may be used for figures, tables, and charts.

Abstracts shall not exceed a maximum of 5 pages.

HR001122S0008 Abstract 4 Executive Summary [Provide a concise summary of the work to be performed and the basic approaches to be used.] Technical Approach [Detail the technical approach, rational and constructive plan for accomplishment of the Program goals. Describe the innovative claims. Clearly delineate the relationship of this work to any other projects from the past and present. Outline technical challenges inherent in the approach and possible solutions for overcoming potential risks. Provide appropriate metrics at intermediate stages of the project to demonstrate progress, and technical rationale supporting the ability to achieve the metrics.] Management Plan/Capabilities and Teaming [Provide a brief summary of expertise of the team, including subawardees and key personnel. Identify a principal investigator for the project and include a description of the team’s organization including roles and responsibilities. While teaming arrangements do not need to be finalized at the time of abstract submission, mention of potential teaming/collaboration arrangements is highly encouraged.] Summary of Deliverables and Approach to Intellectual Property [Briefly describe the deliverables.
