For each past project you submit, explain why it is relevant to this requirement. Use the questions below to guide your answer. Write in complete sentences and provide enough detail for the Government to understand the connection. Avoid using only industry acronyms or shorthand, write so a person unfamiliar with your past project could understand the relevance.

Question 1 – What was the project?

· Describe the type of work performed.

· Include the name of the customer or organization (if allowed).

· Brief Example - Installed a municipal water system upgrade including new tank, pump station, and filtration system for a rural township.

If not applicable, write “N/A”

Question 2 – How does your project compare to this project, installing a 10,000-gallon underground water storage tank system?

Explain how this project compares to installing a 10,000-gallon underground water storage tank system.

· Be specific. If it is the same type of work, say so.

· If it is different but related, explain why your experience is still relevant (e.g., similar excavation, piping, water treatment, or site restoration), explain why that experience would help you succeed in this project.

Question 3 – What was the size of your project?

· Describe the scale of the project. Include tank capacity, square footage, system size, or approximate dollar value.

· Brief Example: Installed a 7,500-gallon above-ground water tank for a municipal fire station; total project value $145,000.

Question 4 – What work did you do (scope)?

What work did you do that is similar to this project? List the major work involved (e.g., excavation, tank installation, piping, water treatment, site restoration). Example: Excavation, concrete pad, tank installation, piping to connect to building water system, electrical for pump control.

Question 5 - What challenges did you face (complexity)?

Explain any factors that made the project challenging. Include if the work required:

· Special equipment

· Safety measures (e.g., confined space entry)

· Permits or environmental compliance

· Unique site or weather conditions Example: Required confined space entry procedures, coordination with local water authority for permits, meeting state potable water standards, and working in winter conditions.

Reminder: Be clear and specific. Avoid only using acronyms or shorthand. Write so someone unfamiliar with your work could understand why it is relevant.
