About this file

This notice provides details for an upcoming Design-Build solicitation for infrastructure upgrades at a Department of Veterans Affairs medical center. The solicitation will require relocating or remodeling approximately 44 telecommunications rooms and one data center to meet Electronic Health Records Modernization standards. Offerors will need to provide all labor, materials, and services for design, construction, and project closeout on a firm-fixed-price basis. The project value is estimated between $10-20 million. The solicitation will be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and issued in May 2021, with a performance period of around 540 days from notice to proceed.
