About this file

Attachment 7 is a Federal Grand Jury Court Reporter Security Review Checklist that outlines comprehensive security requirements for contractors handling sensitive grand jury (GJ) materials. The checklist covers critical security protocols including personnel approval, background investigations, physical security, access controls, alarm monitoring, storage container management, device usage, material destruction, and incident reporting. Key security provisions require contractors to maintain an approved personnel list, ensure sub-contractors comply with security requirements, restrict access to GJ materials, use government-approved storage containers and computers, and implement robust physical and digital security measures.

The document details specific security expectations across multiple clauses, such as maintaining approved room access, protecting information from unauthorized disclosure, limiting key and alarm code access, testing alarm systems annually, and preparing to report any incidents that could compromise GJ information. Each security requirement is categorized with checkboxes for compliance and non-compliance, allowing systematic verification of the contractor's adherence to stringent security standards for handling sensitive grand jury documentation and materials.
