About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a weekly status report under a Storage-as-a-Service (STaaS) support contract. The report will cover various activities related to managing the STaaS environment, including inventory maintenance, emergency repairs, disaster recovery, software upgrades, security events, and recommendations for technology refreshes and data migration. The report is due the first duty day of each week and must include an executive summary, details of activities by system and point of contact, future plans, deliverable status, and metrics. Distribution of the report is limited to U.S. Government agencies.

The related federal contract opportunity is for on-site certified technical expertise to provide architectural design, administration, planning, and mission support for hardware and software solutions related to network storage for the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC). This is a sole-source acquisition from Dell EMC with a 12-month base period and four option years. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract and evaluated on price only.
