About this file
This document is a government property report template to be completed by a contractor during contract performance for vessel dockside maintenance. It requires the contractor to record all government property received for the contract, including its description, value, and date received. The contractor must also note each property item's current location and provide disposition instructions for unused, serviceable, salvage, or scrap property. Upon contract completion, the contractor and property administrator must sign the completed report to certify all property has been accounted for, either through use or disposition instructions.
The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number 70Z08520QP4524700 for dockside maintenance of the USCGC HAMILTON (WMSL 753) from the Department of Homeland Security's US Coast Guard. Offerors should reference the solicitation and attachments for full requirement details.
