About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division for federal service contracts under the Service Contract Act (SCA). The document applies to Arkansas County of Crittenden, Mississippi Counties of Benton, De Soto, and Marshall, and Tennessee Counties of Fayette, Shelby, and Tipton, with Wage Determination No. 2015-4673, Revision 30, dated December 3, 2025.
The determination establishes mandatory prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for service contract employees across multiple occupation categories. Hourly wage rates range from $11.59 for Waiter/Waitress positions to $47.63 for various specialized roles such as Flight Instructor (Pilot) and Maintenance Test Pilot positions. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, or $222.00 per week/$962.00 per month), with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706 for paid sick leave compliance. Employees are entitled to two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after fifteen years, plus a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Additional provisions include hazardous pay differentials (4-8 percent depending on work conditions), uniform allowances at $3.35 per week or $0.67 per day, night differential and Sunday premium pay for applicable positions, and special wage rates for computer professionals and air traffic controllers. The determination references the Service Contract Act Directory of Occupations (Fifth Edition, Revision 1, September 2015) and includes procedures for conformance requests using Standard Form 1444 for unlisted occupations or classifications.
