About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, effective December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-4281, Revision 35).
The wage determination applies to service contracts in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, covering the District of Columbia statewide and specific Maryland counties (Charles, Prince George's) and Virginia counties (Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fauquier, Loudoun, Manassas, Manassas Park, Prince William, Stafford). The document establishes prevailing wage rates for 99 occupation classifications across multiple service categories, including administrative support and clerical occupations (ranging from $17.59 to $39.97 per hour), automotive service occupations ($21.12 to $30.28 per hour), food preparation and service occupations ($17.41 to $23.72 per hour), health occupations ($15.11 to $56.48 per hour), information technology occupations ($27.25 to $41.82 per hour for standard positions, with special restrictions on computer professionals noted in Footnote 1), instructional occupations ($32.56 to $60.66 per hour), mechanics and maintenance occupations ($20.03 to $46.69 per hour), and technical occupations ($24.14 to $52.76 per hour). All occupations listed receive mandatory fringe benefits including health and welfare contributions of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly), vacation accrual of two to four weeks depending on tenure, and minimum eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to air traffic controllers and weather observers (Footnote 2) regarding night and Sunday pay differentials, with hazardous pay differentials of 4 to 8 percent applicable to designated ordnance and explosives work. The determination includes uniform allowance standards requiring contractors to furnish uniforms without employee cost and establishes procedures for conformance requests via SF-1444 when unlisted occupations are required. Executive Order 13706 minimum wage requirements of $13.30 per hour apply to contracts awarded between January 1, 2015 and January 29, 2022, with annual adjustments thereafter.
