USNS MERCY CIVMAR LODGING REQUIREMENTS, PORTLAND OR

· 44 extended stay hotel rooms, 10JUL-28AUG2020, with check out 29AUG2020 (50 nights/ 2,200 room nights)- Includes CIVMARs + MTF rooms

· 4 extended stay hotel rooms, 10-12JUL2020, with checkout 13JUL2020 (3 nights/12 room nights)-Galley phase down

· 5 extended stay hotel rooms, 10-16JUL2020, with checkout 17JUL2020 (7 nights/35 room nights)-Engine phase down

· 4 extended stay hotel rooms, 26-28AUG2020, with checkout 29AUG2020 (3 nights/12 room nights)-Galley phase up

TOTAL ROOM NIGHTS: 2,259

OPTION 1:

29AUG2020 -7SEP2020, with check out 8SEP2020

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR EXTENDED STAY HOTEL REQUIREMENTS

Each hotel room shall be equipped with the following minimum requirements:

- AAA 3 Diamond or higher rated Extended Stay Hotel

- Studio room with at least one queen size (or larger) bed with nightstand/lamp, with distinguishable living and sleeping areas, with seating area, with a minimum three drawer dresser and full size closet space.

- Kitchenette - complete with cooking utensils (cookware, dish service for 4, silverware for 4, basic cooking utensils (can opener, toaster, coffee maker, etc.))

- dish cleaning supplies (i.e. drain rack, dish soap, sponge, paper towels), with cabinetry for storage of dishware, as well as dry food storage

- mounted microwave with exhaust fan

- full size refrigerator/freezer with separate freezer compartment (minimum 14 cu. ft.)

- built in stove top with at least 2 burners (not a plug in appliance) (a full size stove/oven with at least 2 burners is also acceptable)

- table in eating area, with at least two (2) chairs

- Multiple functional onsite washers and dryers must be available (2 or more of each)

- Room must include occupant controllable thermostat

- Complimentary hotel internet access must be available in each room, and hotel guests must have access to an on-site Business Center

- Hotel shall provide free local calls.

- Hotel shall incorporate the cost of parking in the room rate, if applicable.

- Hotel Rooms shall include daily cleaning, changing of linens, and replenishment of toiletries.

- Facility shall not be under construction or major renovation during the performance period.

- Facility must be listed on the current Hotel-Motel National Master List as required by PL101-391, http://www.usfa.dhs.gov/applications/hotel/

-Travel to/from hotel to shipyard location should not include travel via tunnel.

-Security cameras must be positioned at hotel entry/exit points and lobby area.

-Facility must have emergency battery lighting on stairwells, lobby areas, common areas, and hallways.

-Location: Facility must be within a 20 mile driving distance of Vigor Marine, 5555 North Channel Avenue, Portland OR 97217, using www.mapquest.com website.

NOTE: The Government is not liable for charges such as restaurant, phone, Internet access, mini-bar, or room damages, etc. These charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of each crew member. In no case will be Government pay for any of these charges. It is the Hotel's responsibility to arrange for payment of these items by the crew member.

If ALL requirements listed above cannot be met, the package will be rendered UNACCEPTABLE.
