About this file

The document provided is a Vehicle Lease Agreement between the State of Idaho's Division of Purchasing ("Lessee") and a vendor ("Lessor") for the lease of vehicles. The Lease Agreement outlines the specific vehicles to be leased, including the year, make, model, and VIN, as well as the monthly payment, excess mileage charge, and delivery date. The Lease Agreement also references the original solicitation document (ITB) and the Lessor's submittal response as part of the contract. The term of the Lease Agreement is not specified.

The Lease Agreement establishes the order of precedence for the contract documents, with the Lease Agreement taking priority, followed by the State of Idaho Purchase Order, the original solicitation document (ITB), and the Lessor's submittal response. The agreement does not provide any details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information.
