The document clarifies that incidental property includes office equipment and infrastructure such as office space, desks, chairs, telephones, computers, and fax machines, which remain accountable to the government during the contract period.

This attachment is related to a Sources Sought Notice for Military Skills Enhancement Troop Schools at Fort Hood, TX, with a potential sole-source award to Central Texas College for a 36-month performance period. The procurement is under NAICS code 611430 (Junior Colleges) and requires the contractor to provide one semester hour for every 40 hours of instruction. The government is seeking information from potential contractors about their capabilities, competition considerations, and interest in the requirement, with a focus on determining the most competitive approach to the contract.
