About this file

This is a Contractor Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) Non-Disclosure Agreement template required as part of the consulting engineering geologist services solicitation for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The agreement establishes mandatory compliance requirements for contractors who will have access to sensitive CEII during their work on FERC projects.

The agreement requires contractors to: (1) limit CEII access to authorized employees with a documented need-to-know and maintain a comprehensive access log by employee and project; (2) restrict CEII disclosure to internal personnel only, with limited exceptions for discussions with project owners, operators, or applicants; (3) mark and handle all CEII copies with appropriate classification designation; (4) use CEII exclusively for FERC contract performance and return all materials upon project completion; and (5) acknowledge that violations may result in negative consequences and potential loss of future FERC contracting eligibility. The signatory certifies the contractor's commitment to these terms on behalf of the contracting entity.
