About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) for hazardous waste disposal services. The IFB covers various hazardous waste streams, including solvents, oils, flammable liquids, and contaminated solids, across multiple jurisdictions in Southern California, including San Bernardino County, Los Angeles County, and the cities of San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and East Los Angeles. The IFB requires bidders to provide unit pricing for disposal of the specified waste types and estimated annual quantities. The bid cost sheet is included as Attachment 4, which the bidder must complete and submit.
The pricing terms outlined in the bid cost sheet include disposal costs per gallon or disposal container, with the bidder responsible for all associated labor, transportation, and other expenses. No specific set-asides or incumbents are mentioned. The funding source and requirements are not explicitly stated, but the IFB is for a state-level contract opportunity, indicating state-level funding. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the provided documents.
