The Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) is in the process of selecting Contractors for the Capabilities Contract program.

One of the considerations in proposal evaluation is the verification of each Offeror’s past and present performance on contracts, which reflect the Offeror’s ability to perform on the proposed effort. We depend on information received from agencies such as yours, having had first-hand experience with an Officer, for the evaluation of the Offeror’s refinance on those contracts.

Our areas of interest in the Offeror are summarized in the enclosed questionnaire Request your written response no later than XX, Xxx 2020. This schedule will allow us enough time to analyze the data prior to the start of negotiations.

To assist you in preparing your response and expediting your reply, the questionnaire may be filled out by hand and emailed to Charles Hertenstein at charles.f.hertenstein2.civ@mail.mil and the undersigned at john.t.seamon.civ@mail.mil. .

Please contact either me 540-653-0819 or Mr. Hertenstein at 540-653-1422, if you have any questions. Your completed questionnaire will become a part of the official source selection records, and the Government may contact you to discuss your inputs.
