About this file
This document is a Trade Agreements Certificate (Standard Form 252.225-7020), which requires offerors to certify the country of origin for end products being proposed in a federal solicitation. The provision outlines specific evaluation criteria for government procurement, stipulating that the government will primarily consider end products that are U.S.-made, from qualifying countries, or from designated countries. If no such products are available or sufficient to meet requirements, the government may consider other options, potentially through a national interest waiver. Offerors must complete the form by identifying any non-designated country end products, including their specific line item numbers and countries of origin, and provide company, name, title, signature, and date details to validate their certification.
