About this file

This file is a comprehensive Project Manual for the Stanford Bunkhouse project located in the Judith-Musselshell Ranger District of the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest. The document, dated August 31, 2020, provides detailed technical specifications across multiple divisions including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements. The project involves construction of a bunkhouse facility, with specifications covering everything from site preparation and concrete work to finish carpentry, thermal insulation, and weather barriers.

The project manual includes specifications for materials like wood trusses, thermal insulation, weather barriers, and architectural woodwork, with precise requirements for installation, performance, and quality standards. Key project representatives include the U.S. Forest Service's Corrie Kegel as the Contracting Officer, and Mosaic Architecture, P.C. as the architect. The project manual provides comprehensive technical guidance for contractors, detailing everything from acceptable material types and installation methods to performance criteria and quality assurance requirements. The project appears to be part of the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) with an estimated project magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
