About this file

The provided document is a Room Cancellation & Modification Policy related to a lodging services solicitation for the Ohio Army National Guard. The policy outlines procedures for room reservation cancellations and modifications by both the government and contractor. Key details include the government's right to cancel reservations without penalty if notification is provided at least a specified number of days/hours prior to check-in, and the contractor's obligation to not cancel confirmed reservations except under extraordinary circumstances like force majeure events.

The associated federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number W50S8R26Q0001) is a 100% small business set-aside for lodging services with a NAICS code of 721110 and a business size threshold of $40.0M. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures. Currently, funds are not available for the acquisition, and no contract will be awarded until appropriated funds are secured. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to perform lodging services as defined in the associated Performance Work Statement.
