Utilizing this template in the contractor's proposal does not in any way require the Government to accept any subsequent price breakdown that is provided by the contractor or prevent the Government from requesting a further price breakdown. Therefore, it is in the Governments and contractor’s best interest to provide a thorough price breakdown initially; and
