About this file
The document appears to be an Attachment 3-Pre-registration Workflow that details a pre-registration process for visitor access to a military installation. The workflow describes the steps for a visitor to register using a generic pre-registration link, with the visitor's data being reviewed by Visitor Control Center (VCC) personnel before submitting for ID verification and background check processing. If the checks return clear, the visitor receives a text message with pass approval and access dates. If there is derogatory information, VCC personnel review and either approve or deny the pass.
The related federal contract opportunity is for Flame-Resistant Clothing services at the Anniston Army Depot. The requirement is for approximately 144 employees to receive 14 uniforms and 2 jackets each, with services including on-site fittings, laundering, inspections, repairs/replacements, and hemming. The contract has a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. This is a full and open procurement, with a North American Industry Classification System code of 812332. The solicitation will be issued electronically, and all questions must be submitted by August 29, 2024.
