About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire that is part of a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the procurement of Level II Armed Security Guard Service in support of disaster response and recovery operations for FEMA DR-4796 in the State of Iowa.

The RFQ is a small business set-aside, with preference given to local firms within the declared counties of Iowa. The required services include providing armed security guards for temporary and fixed facilities such as the Joint Field Office (JFO), Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC), and branch offices. The government's obligation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. Offerors are requested to provide information on past performance of similar contracts, and the evaluator is asked to rate the contractor's staffing capacity, customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and overall performance using a scale of Superior, Good, Satisfactory, Marginal, Unsatisfactory, or Neutral. The evaluator is also asked to provide supplemental comments on each performance element.
