About this file
This document is a FAR and DFARS Provision and Clause Set for a federal commercial products/services solicitation. The solicitation is for FY26 FSS Shelving Units Combo and is issued by the Department of the Air Force (AETC). Questions must be submitted by 27 March 2026 at 1400 hours CDT, with quotes due by 30 March 2026 at 1400 hours CDT. Quotes must remain valid for thirty (30) days after the deadline. Delivery is required within one hundred twenty (120) days after contract award. The government indicates funds are presently available and reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the closing date without obligation to reimburse offerors for costs.
The evaluation criteria for award are Technical Capability to Meet the Government's Requirement, Price, Delivery Terms, and Past Performance, with the first three factors combined being approximately equal to price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous, considering price and other factors. The contract incorporates numerous FAR clauses regarding commercial products/services, small business set-asides, labor standards, trafficking in persons, sustainable products, and protest procedures. DFARS provisions address defense telecommunications equipment prohibitions, former DoD officials compensation, whistleblower rights, and restrictions on procurements from certain regions. Payment will be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system with specific routing data provided. An AETC ombudsman is available to address concerns, and contractor personnel requiring access to Air Force installations must obtain appropriate base identification and comply with security procedures.
