Key details include that the contractor will require access to proprietary business information of other companies and must agree to internal controls and firewalls to protect such information, as well as sign non-disclosure agreements. Contractor personnel will perform work onsite at government facilities and require SECRET clearances, and will adhere to all applicable military installation security directives. The contractor will provide support in areas such as operational planning, assessment, targeting, and integration of kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities to address manpower, personnel, training and education gaps.
