The contractor must supply water in five container sizes: 500 ml bottles (24 per case), 1 liter bottles (12 per case), 1.5 liter bottles (6 per case), 1 gallon jugs (4 per case), and 5-gallon jugs (individual units). All containers must be clear or translucent plastic, individually sealed, and stamped with bottling and expiration dates. Smaller containers require a minimum 180-day shelf life from delivery, while 5-gallon jugs require a minimum 30-day shelf life. Cases must be assembled to allow stacking, and all deliveries must be palletized and shrink-wrapped.

Failure to maintain compliance with Army Veterinary standards will result in immediate contract termination for cause. The government projects contract award for May 2026, with the contracting agency being the Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command.
