About this file

This is a DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification for Air Force Research Laboratory solicitation FA2384-25-S-B007. The form establishes security requirements for contractors performing research to advance national security objectives in the information and cognitive domains, requiring a Top Secret facility clearance level with no safeguarding requirements at the contractor facility.

The research effort involves a multi-disciplinary approach incorporating systems engineering, research psychology and sociology, multi-scale modeling and simulation, computer science, multi-modal analytics, machine learning, data analytics, and operations research. Contractors will require access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), NATO information, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), with authorized access to SIPRNET and JWICS networks. The contractor must comply with NISPOM requirements, report security incidents within 48 hours, and follow strict protocols prohibiting release of SCI information and transfer of documents to other IR&D efforts. Key contacts include Program Manager Capt Denita Guthery and Contracting Officer Michelle Goss at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, with security oversight provided by AFRL's Senior Intelligence Office for SCI materials.
