About this file
This document is an Attachment 3 - Certification of Compliance with U.S. Immigration Laws and Regulations, which is required for the Distinguished Faculty Advancement Grants under the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) University Nuclear Leadership Program. The certification requires the applicant institution to confirm that each supported faculty member, researcher, principal investigator, graduate student, undergraduate student, and other participant complies with U.S. citizenship requirements. Specifically, each individual must be a U.S. citizen, non-citizen national, or have been lawfully admitted for permanent residence. The institution must provide documentation of citizenship status for any non-U.S. citizens. This certification must be signed by an authorized university representative (Dean) and submitted with the grant application. The related federal grant opportunity is the NRC's Notice of Funding Opportunity for the University Nuclear Leadership Program, which includes the Distinguished Faculty Advancement Grant as one of the funding opportunities.
