About this file

This file is a planned milestones worksheet template for the 2027 Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) CORE cooperative agreement program administered by the Small Business Administration. The worksheet serves as a planning and tracking tool for current SBDC lead center recipients to document key performance milestones and deliverables throughout the funding period. The template is designed to help applicants outline specific, measurable objectives aligned with SBDC program goals of providing business and economic development assistance to small businesses and nascent entrepreneurs, including services such as business planning, financial management, capital access, technology adoption, marketing, export assistance, and operations improvement.

As a cooperative agreement funding mechanism under CFDA 59.037, eligible applicants must be existing SBDC lead centers currently funded under the SBDC Program. Recipients are required to complete this worksheet as part of their annual proposal and budget submission process, as the program renews annually subject to fund availability. The milestones documented in this worksheet establish the basis for performance monitoring and evaluation throughout the grant period, supporting the SBA's oversight of technical assistance delivery and program outcomes across the national SBDC network covering all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
