SPECIFICATION SHEET

Mountain Home AFB, ID

366 MDG Alter G Treadmill 5 June 2025

1. GENERAL: The 366th Medical Group located on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires one (1) AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill.

2. ALTER G TREADMILL MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: The Alter G treadmill, must (at a minimum) comply with the following characteristics:

2.1. Physical Characteristics

2.1.1. Speed must range from -10 to 18 mph.

2.1.2. Stride Smart Gait Analytics must be included.

2.1.3. Live Video Monitoring must be included.

2.1.4. AlterG Assist must be included.

2.1.5. Slat Belt Treadmill must be included.

2.1.6. Incline must range from 0% to 15%.

2.2. Warranty

2.2.1. Treadmill: 1 year.

2.2.2. Parts: 1 year.

3. INSTALLATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items needed to setup/install the requested Treadmill.

3.1. The Contractor shall install all requested equipment in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer’s specifications.

3.2. The Contractor shall ensure proper operation of the installed treadmill.

3.3. Any equipment not functioning properly IAW manufacture’s specifications shall be diagnosed and repaired by the Contractor.

3.4. The Contractor shall ensure cleanliness of Government facility is maintained at all times.

3.5. The Government will inspect facility for cleanliness prior to Contractor’s departure.

3.6. Any damage done to Government property by the Contractor shall be repaired by the Contractor at the Contractor’s expense.

4. TRAINING: The Contractor shall conduct training of entire system to Government personnel.

4.1. Following completion of installation by purchaser, the Contractor shall provide technical support if there are any issues either by telephone or in person.

5. SPECIFICS:

3.1. Shipping must be included in the quotation.

3.1.1. Contractor shall deliver to the 366th MDG Physical Therapy facility – 90 Hope Drive Building 6000., Mountain Home AFB ID, 83648

3.1.2. Delivery will be no later than 30 days after date of contract (ADC).

OPERATIONS SECURITY: The contractor shall comply with 366 FW OPSEC requirements and countermeasures to protect critical information as defined in AFI 10-701, Operations Security.

Contractors shall receive unit specific OPSEC briefing prior to the start of work. Briefing documentation must be completed by the respective unit OPSEC coordinator. The unit OPSEC personnel will provide guidance on protecting critical information, training materials and other instructions as needed. The contractor will comply with the 366 FW OPSEC Policy that imposes a 100% shred requirement of all government related paper products using NSA approved devices only.
