The terms and conditions are effective November 28, 2025, and incorporate FAR 3052.212-70 provisions for commercial products and commercial services with an ISDAR Deviation 25-09.

Shipping is directed to USCG Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Receiving Section, Building 63, 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001. Inspection and acceptance are performed at destination by local USCG personnel for count and condition only, with a Certificate of Conformance required per FAR 52.246-15. Full traceability must accompany each delivery or invoicing may not be approved for payment. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination. Invoicing must include active SAM.gov status, and payments will be made electronically per FAR 52.232-33.
