Equipment Specifications and Requirements:

The required Skid Steer (CTL) must meet or exceed the following salient characteristics: a minimum 122 horsepower (SAE J1995) diesel engine with 221 cubic inch displacement, 4.7-inch bore, 3.9-inch stroke, and 406 lb/ft peak torque. Operating specifications include a rated operating capacity of 4,205 lbs at 35% tipping load, breakout force of 6,422 lbs on the lift cylinder and 9,963 lbs on the tilt cylinder, and a maximum tipping load of 12,015 lbs. The machine must have an operating weight of 12,705 lbs, ground clearance of 11 inches, and maximum overall height of 165.1 inches. Hydraulic system requirements include a maximum pressure of 4,496 psi and maximum flow of 40 gal/min. The equipment must include a 5-year/2,000-hour warranty, two copies of the owner's/operating manual, and one digital copy of the parts manual. Delivery must be provided to Building 645, S. Gate Road, Kirtland Air Force Base, with four-hour on-site machine orientation and operator training on service and safe operation techniques.

Attachments and Optional Packages:

The Skid Steer must be delivered with the LM2 Land Management Package (including increased 220L/58-gallon fuel capacity, turbo guard, exhaust stack wrap, DPF/emission component wraps, light guarding, quick disconnect guarding, and engine air inlet pre-cleaner with Part numbers 609-9666 auxiliary hydraulic cooler kit and 637-3002 reversing fan kit). Additional dealer-installed options include Part number 638-6745 (amber warning beacon), Part number 596-6898 (fire suppression system), and a 2.5 lb ABC fire extinguisher. Required attachments include Part number 475-2800 (67-inch mulcher head), Part number 610-2780 (72-inch brush hog), Part number 627-8751 (80-inch skeleton grapple bucket), Part number 541-0940 (79-inch 6-way blade), and an 86-inch multipurpose bucket with bolt-on cutting edge and spill guard.
