About this file

This document contains supplemental data to support a pre-solicitation for facilities support services at Ames Research Center, including a building list with construction dates and square footage, a list of preventative maintenance processes and programs, and a sample preventative maintenance checklist. The solicitation seeks proposals for contract 80ARC024R0007 to provide facilities support services at multiple buildings and sites within Ames Research Center, which encompasses over 40 million square feet of facilities. Services include preventative maintenance for various building systems and components, fire protection, utilities, grounds maintenance, and related engineering support. The pre-solicitation notice provides background information on the incumbent contract and facilities to inform potential offerors, while the appendix includes additional details on building inventory and standard preventative maintenance processes to perform the required services.
