About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a federal contract opportunity issued by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to procure a variety of liquid and compressed specialty gases, bulk liquid nitrogen, and carbon dioxide for the Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML) in Hamilton, Montana.
The SOW outlines the requirements for the contractor to provide liquid and compressed gases in both cylinder and bulk form, including delivery, cylinder management, bulk tank monitoring, and safety requirements. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and inspecting government and contractor-owned bulk tanks, and providing a 24-hour emergency contact for bulk tank issues. The contract will be a base period of May 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025, with four 12-month option periods.
