If the level is below 30%, the Contractor shall deliver within 24 hours (even if this is on a weekend or holiday). Exceptions for inclement weather or other uncontrollable related incidents must be coordinated with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) immediately (2-3hrs) of awareness. Any failed delivery attempt must be immediately communicated to the COR.

The Contractor shall minimize downtime of the system and have a backup plan in place to allow for full operation of the facility shall an issue arise.
3.1.7 The Contractor shall provide a telemetry monitoring system for each microbulk tank which is wireless and solar powered to allow the Government to access via internet to observe, track, and project tank levels. System shall also be able to alert at least 10 registered email addresses of set alarm points for problems or critical fill levels. This monitoring system shall continue to operate without phone lines or electricity.
3.1.8 Unit prices for both argon and nitrogen shall be per FTS with estimated annual usage of 700,000FTS for argon and 1,400,000FTS for nitrogen.
