Statement of Work for
Twelve (12) 4’X8’X24” Stage
National Museum of the United States Air Force
19 February 2025
BACKGROUND: The National Museum of the United States Air Force (NMUSAF) requires a twelve (12) 4’X8’X24” stage sections and two (02) move and store carts to accommodate local and national level events here at the Air Force Museum.
I. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The mobile stage shall meet the following minimum requirements:
1. Twelve (12) 4’X8’X24” stage sections that are compatible with our existing stage so that they can be locked together with a cam style clamp for safe use.
2. User manuals will need to be provided
3. Two (02) move and store carts
4. Stage sections need to be able to support at least 200 pounds per square foot
5. Stage sections need to be light weight and movable by hand and not heavy machinery
6. Stairs, guard rails and skirting are not required.
7. Folds flat to a storage height of 2-5/8"
8. Legs a one-piece, 16-gauge, 1-1/4" (32 mm) tubular steel with a reinforcing cross member b designed to open in one motion c automatically locked in place by a spring-loaded clip
9. Frame clamps a quick cam-type lock for positive locking to the frame of the adjacent unit b one clamp per side of each stage unit, which provides two clamps per side when units are locked together
10. Wrap around 16-gauge steel provides strength and protects the deck edge from damage
11. Decks Black: 3/4" (19 mm) 7-ply plywood with a black slip resistant thermally fused overlay

II. QUALIFYING COUNTRY REQUIREMENTS
All products delivered to satisfy this requirement shall be manufactured in a qualifying country source in accordance with DFARS 225.872. Products from other than qualifying countries will not be accepted, and any costs associated with products from other than qualifying countries, including shipping, etc., shall be at the contractor’s expense.
III. DELIVERY AND INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE
The stage sections shall be delivered to the address noted below within, but no later than, three
(3) months after the date of contract award.
Delivery shall take place between 0900 and 1700, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.

At contract award, a point of contact (POC) will be identified, and the Contractor shall contact that POC to arrange delivery and to discuss any special instructions concerning base access, commercial deliveries, etc.
IV. WARRANTY
The stage sections shall be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery. A warranty shall be honored by the Contractor for all items delivered for this requirement for at least one (1) year after receipt under normal and proper use in accordance with the user manual.
V. INVOICE AND PAYMENT
The contractor shall be paid upon submission of a properly prepared invoice and after final inspection and acceptance has been made. A proper invoice shall cite the contractor’s name and address, invoice number, invoice date, order number, contract line item number (CLIN), description of the supplies or service, unit of issue, unit price and extended price, terms of any prompt payment discount offered, and who to notify in the event the invoice is defective. The invoice shall be submitted to in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) in accordance with the terms of the final contract award.
