About this file
This document contains the specifications for a Non-invasive Vascular Health Assessment Device procurement requirement.
The device must perform comprehensive vascular health assessments through multiple measurement capabilities including ankle and arm blood pressure readings to calculate the ankle-brachial index, tracking of early vessel compliance changes, skin sweat response measurement, peripheral arterial endothelial function assessment, peripheral vascular pulsatile volume measurement, and photoplethysmography and heart rate variability analysis. The device must complete all assessments in less than 15 minutes and be portable for field deployment. Warranty requirements specify a minimum one-year coverage with a preference for three-year warranty. The specification does not identify a specific federal agency, contract vehicle, response deadline, award date, pricing terms, or set-aside classification.
