About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a contract for the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Imaging Service to replace an end-of-life radiopharmaceutical dose tracking system. The project requires a contractor to provide Nuclear Medicine Information Software 3 (NMIS 3), a user network software system with Health Level 7 (HL7) and Dose Calibrator interfaces. Key requirements include data conversion from the existing Syntrac system, web training and access for Nuclear Medicine technologists, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and National Health Physics Program (NHPP) standards.

The government will furnish a server with Windows Server 2016 SP2 or Windows 10 64-bit, 8GB RAM, 1 TB hard drive, and an additional system with 8GB RAM, 500 GB hard drive, and various peripherals. The contractor's personnel must have expertise in installing dose tracking software, troubleshooting, and understanding nuclear medicine regulatory record-keeping. The software will connect to the network, and the contractor will provide a training demonstration to staff using the Healthcare Information System/Radiology Information System (HIS/RIS).
