Expended Brass Ordnance Deformer

1. Expended Brass Ordnance Deformer:

Manufacturer: Bouldin Corp Demilitarization Equipment Manufacturer Model #: 18850 Ordnance Deformer; Stationary Electric Quantity: One (1) Salient Characteristics:

1. Purpose:To mechanically deform spent small arms brass casings beyond reuse cartridges up to and including 20mm.
2. Must deform:To meet mechanical deformation standards listed within Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Regulation 4160.21-M 3X demilitarization requirements.
3. Deforming Chamber:Contains M4 tool steel blocks hardened to specific Rockwell Scale. Attached to a high-speed revolving drum with hammers to strike the brass casings.
4. Rotary Grinder:High Speed.
5. Hopper:Large for easy loading with barrels and up to 5 feet wide buckets.
6. Electric:220 volts three phase.
7. Motor:Minimum of 50 horsepower soft start electric motor.
8. Conveyor drive:Electric, 3/4 hp
9. Conveyor dimensions:Approx. 14 inches x 12 feet.
10. Processes:Approx. 8,000 lbs to 11,000 lbs per hour.
