About this file
This document is a request for information from the Department of Veterans Affairs regarding nationwide dialysis services. The VA is seeking industry feedback on the draft performance work statement and attached questions to inform a possible future acquisition. Responses are requested by March 22, 2024 to inform the agency of best practices and important considerations. Pricing is expected to not exceed applicable Medicare fee schedules in accordance with the MISSION Act, with the potential for higher rates if required services are unavailable. The VA intends for this information gathering to support a future solicitation for dialysis services on a national scale to serve veterans.
