The contractor must supply a minimum of 8 SESSCs with an option for 8 additional units, delivered within 180 days of contract award to any US military installation. The unit must be capable of MILAIR transport, towable with existing Air Force vehicles via pintle hitch at 20 mph maximum, and provide 10 hours of full load operating time.
