About this file

This document outlines a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for a Monitoring Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The QASP defines how the government will monitor contractor performance for task orders issued against the IDIQ. It specifies that the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative will conduct direct observation of the contractor's project management, personnel qualifications, and application of project management techniques for each task order to ensure the contractor has the capacity and expertise to successfully fulfill task order requirements. The QASP also notes task orders will be reviewed to verify proper interaction and integration between orders. The related federal contract opportunity provides additional context, with the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation soliciting proposals for a Monitoring Services IDIQ under solicitation number 140R4024R0005.
