About this file
This document is the specification for an overhead sectional door replacement project at the Little Rockies Fire Station (LRFS) in Zortman, Montana. The project requires furnishing and installing a new insulated steel overhead sectional door, electric operator, and related controls. The existing north door operator and controls also need to be replaced.
The procurement is a small business set-aside construction contract with a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) pricing structure, managed by the Department of Interior Bureau of Land Management. The contract magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contractors must submit quotes by the response date specified, and the government strongly encourages site visits prior to submission. Questions are due by August 8, 2024. The successful contractor will provide a one-year installation warranty and ensure the full manufacturer warranty is obtained.
