Scaffolding Requirements Note: Pictures and dimensions are not drawn to scale

Scaffolding Distance/Height

The scaffolding needs to be a minimum of 3 ft away from the base of the Launcher with a max of 5 ft where possible.

3 ft – 5 ft 3 ft – 5 ft Not drawn to scale

This 3’-5’ distance needs to be maintained up to a 7 ft height from the ground to give the Team enough working space.

7 ft 7 ft

At 7 ft, there needs to be another level of scaffolding made for the workers to stand on in order to work on the higher parts of the Launcher. This second level must be a minimum of 1ft – 2ft from the Launcher.

1ft-2ft 1ft-2ft

From the second level, the roof would need to be a minimum of 8 ft above this level for the team to be able to work on the second level. This would give a total height of at 15 ft from the ground to the top of the enclosure.

Min 8ft Min 8ft

3 ft – 5 ft 7 ft 1ft-2ft Min 8ft The same distances and heights need to be maintained on the sides also, where possible. It is obvious the distances will be maintained on the left side. Ideally, get as close to these distances as possible on the left side near the wall.
