About this file

This is a supplement document related to a Disproportionate Impact Analysis and Remedies (DIAR) filing for solicitation 1452-280-2. The document appears to be an appendix or supporting material that provides detailed analysis and documentation related to the Department of the Interior's contracting actions. The supplement serves to substantiate claims or findings made in the primary DIAR submission regarding potential disproportionate impacts on small businesses, women-owned small businesses (WOSBs), or other socioeconomic categories affected by the contracting strategy for the Gator for Student Research and Land Stewardship program at Haskell Indian Nations University.

The specific contents of this supplement likely include statistical data, comparative analyses, market research findings, or regulatory justification documents that support the rationale for the procurement approach and any set-asides or contracting preferences utilized. As a supporting document in the DIAR process, it would be relevant to contractors seeking to understand the contracting strategy, the rationale for any small business set-asides or other preferences, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs' analysis of market conditions and business availability in the relevant sectors for this solicitation.
