Contractors must also describe their project approach, staffing assignments and roles, engagement with owners and project managers, experience addressing sensitive cultural, economic, and environmental issues, and outreach efforts for storyteller recruitment.
Bidders are required to submit demonstrative work product including photos and deliverables that show project phases, plans and elevations, digital work samples, narratives, interpretive strategies, and completed exhibits as hard copies only through SIGMA VSS, with digital format attachments prohibited. The submission must include descriptions of interpretive planning methods, cultural and natural resources utilized, and features such as signage and playful learning elements. Cost overrun details must be provided if final project costs exceeded projected budgets. All project information must be contained within the attachment document itself, with no cross-references permitted to responses in the Vendor Questions Worksheet or Schedule A - Statement of Work.
